Kostrateg is a strategy and advisory firm for leaders who work in politically shaped markets – places where regulation, public money and opinion can matter as much as products, prices or technology. We are based in Kosovo and work across the Western Balkans and beyond, supporting clients who need to grow, manage risk or re-set their direction in these environments.

We focus on a defined set of clients: entrepreneurs and growing companies; mid-sized and large corporates and investors; financial and economic institutions; public bodies and regulators; and political and civic leaders. For all of them, we aim to provide practical, solution-oriented consulting – concrete options and support through execution.

That lets us read a draft law, a balance sheet and a media narrative with the same level of attention – and then translate that into decisions on where to compete, how to position, who matters and what could go wrong.
