Kostrateg Code of Conduct – key principles

Our Code of Conduct sets expectations for everyone who works with or for Kostrateg – partners, staff and collaborators.

1. Integrity and honesty
   No deceptive or unethical behaviour. Conflicts of interest are disclosed, managed and, where necessary, lead us to decline or exit work.
2. Respect and professionalism
   We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment and do not tolerate harassment, discrimination or abuse in any form.
3. Confidentiality and privacy
   We protect client information, handle data with care and comply with applicable privacy laws and contractual obligations.
4. Quality and excellence
   We prepare thoroughly, verify our analysis and are transparent about our assumptions, data and limitations.
5. Compliance with laws and regulations
   We adhere to relevant laws and international standards, including those on anti-corruption, competition, sanctions and financial integrity.
6. Responsibility and accountability
   Individuals are responsible for their decisions and conduct. Concerns can be raised internally without fear of retaliation.
7. Social and environmental responsibility
   We are mindful of the wider societal and environmental impact of the strategies, policies and campaigns we help design.
8. Use of company resources
   We use Kostrateg resources responsibly and protect our intellectual property, data, tools and reputation.
